decent sized and bright rooms with good view. location near the center of old town which has the most elegant, the centre of old town zurich and the bahnhofstrasse.

Liked every detail about our pleasant 7 nights stay here. The whole room was great value with comfortable beds and good view plus individual bathrooms. Staff was super efficient.

I cannot believe the state of the bathroom! It was disgusting and not cleaned properly, with a clogged shower drain that the staff ignored for days. It took all my patience to finally convince them to move me to another room, which should have been offered without such a hassle. To. I am beyond frustrated with how poorly my concerns were handled.

Prime location in the old town, unique wine cellar, convenient access to trams and public transportation

The entrance needs a serious update!!! Tackling stairs to reach reception is a hassle, especially with luggage!!! Rooms are cramped and lack ventilation!!! More storage options would be greatly appreciated!!!

The cozy furnishings in Hirschen created a charming vibe. The helpful staff also made navigating the hotel quite easy, even for seniors like myself.

Great location near the train station and lots of restaurants made it so easy for us to enjoy everything without any hassle. The staff were really helpful, helping us with our luggage and always smiling, made a difference after long travel days.

It wasn't exactly economical but it was still good value for what we got.

I loved chilling out on the sun terrace and the peaceful atmosphere it provided, even though the breakfast could have offered a few more options. Just a heads up, one staff member was a bit off, but it didn't overshadow my great experience overall ☕️

Some rooms are quite tiny. The lack of air conditioning can leave you sweltering during warmer days, with temperatures often hard to manage. Wi-Fi? Forget about reliable connections. It's as dodgy as a blaster at close range-almost useless for anything more than basic browsing. The breakfast leaves much to be desired, with limited options and a lack of variety. Overall maintenance feels neglected. Worn-out furniture and outdated decor are all over the place.

We were super close to the train station and right in the heart of the city. Our room was nice and spacious with big windows, and we loved the cozy vibe. The breakfast was a steal with so many options! Just wish there were more outlets in the room, was tricky to plug everything in.
